Yes, the rumours about Shakira signing a big-bucks Live Nation deal were correct: the Colombian singer has signed a ten-year deal worth anything between $70 million and $100 million, depending which excited industry source you believe. It's a true 360 deal too, with Live Nation to handle Shakira's gigs, recordings, merchandising and digital activities. However, the recording elements will only kick in after she delivers three more albums to her current label Epic Records – one English, one Spanish and a Greatest Hits compilation.
