MoS holding company MSHK is taking legal action following the collapse of digital music firm Trinity Street, which ran its online store. MSHK is claiming money owed to them from ticket sales, digital downloads, CDs and merchandise, as well as damages for the website being abruptly shut down when Trinity collapsed, plus damage to reputation and court costs.The High Court writ has been issued against Ingenious Media Active Capital (IMAC), Trinity Universal Holdings, Trinity Street Direct, IMAC director Sanjay Wadhwani, and former EMI man Barney Wragg, who became CEO of Trinity Street in December.All five defendants are accused of misrepresentation and negligent misstatement around Trinity Street’s financial situation in the weeks leading up to its collapse.
