It's been a while since the last hot Apple gadget rumour sourced from loose-lipped Taiwanese component suppliers, so here goes…Reports in Taiwan claim that Quanta Computer is making some kind of whizzy handheld device for Apple, using touchscreens made by Wintek.Speculation has since enveloped the Apple-focused corners of the blogosphere, but the two most likely products are a bigger tablety HD iPod Touch, or an Apple netbook – along the likes of Asus' Eee PC and its many imitators.People have been banging on about a new Apple tablet for years without anything appearing, so our money's on the netbook. Or an even-more gaming-focused iPod touch with proper buttons, of course…
