It seems there may be another delay in the file-sharing retrial of Jammie Thomas (now called Jammie Thomas-Rasset), after her lawyer filed a motion to withdraw from the case. He claims that he’s owed nearly $130,000 in legal bills, and that communications between him and his client have broken down. Last week, a planned meeting between Thomas and the RIAA failed to result in a settlement for the long-running case.
