Seatwave, a U.K.-based online secondary ticket marketplace, has apparently landed $17 million in fourth round funding, led by Accel Partners. Founded in 2006, Seatwave now operates online ticketing exchanges in five countries, and claims 1.9 million monthly users. Competitors in the space include Viagogo, eBay’s StubHub and Ticketmaster.
