UK supermarket chain Sainsbury’s has announced a deal with Disney to sell mobile content based around Hannah Montana: The Movie. It’ll be sold as £5.99 gift cards in 600 stores around the UK, which will then let purchasers go online to download ringtones, screensavers and games. The only issue is that operator data charges are extra, meaning that if a parent buys the card for their child, they may end up with an unexpected extra charge to actually download the content, depending on their tariff.
