Terra Firma is in restructuring talks with Citigroup that could see EMI receive up to $486 million in new equity financing. In March, Terra Firma wrote off half of its $4.7 billion investment in EMI and also pumped $45 million into EMI. In May, Terra Firma reportedly injected an additional $45 million into EMI.
