Topspin CEO Ian Rogers has been a high-profile speaker at numerous music biz conferences in the last year or so, and we’ve reported on some of the artists the company works with on digital marketing and direct sales. But now the firm has revamped its website explaining exactly what it does for artists, including a checklist of questions for artists to answer before applying to use Topspin’s platform. The comments on Hypebot’s story about this are interesting though: there are some dissenting voices wondering how much Topspin charges, and whether its focus on data is that much ahead of some competitors.
