CD albums continued to fall in the six-month period ending June 30, 2009, down 4.5% in value to AUS$125.5 million (US$108 million). The music DVD/video format saw a 23.40% decrease in value to AUS$14.4 million (US$12.4 million). CD singles continue to shrink, falling 44% in value to below AUS$924,000 (US$795,000), below AUS$1million for the first time. Physical formats fell by 6.9% in value to AUS$141.5 million (US$121.8 million).
