Mashable has an excellent post rounding up some of the most useful tools to start measuring whether your social media campaigns are paying off. From metrics to sentiment analysis and social media product suites, it’s well worth a read – although bear in mind that it’s for a general audience, so doesn’t include all the specific music tools in this area.
