Chamillionaire is trying out a new service called Vidly Express that lets visitors to his site leave video comments and responses. It ties in with the existing Disqus comment platform, which is used on a number of sites. People leaving video comments can also share them on Twitter, with Facebook support to come. A simple tool, but one that could add stickiness to artist sites.
