Vevo launch: it’s the Bono and Doug Morris show (but not in HD)


Last night saw a star-studded launch party for music videos portal Vevo, with U2 frontman Bono introducing the service as “a great vehicle that will allow fans to go behind the scenes with their favourite artists”. UMG boss Doug Morris was also bullish, saying “this group controls over 80% of the world’s videos.
