Microsoft has announced that the next big update to its Windows Phone smartphone OS – ‘Mango’ – has been released to handset manufacturers. The work now begins on preparing the first wave of Mango devices for release this Autumn. Unveiled earlier this year, Mango includes hundreds of new features, including (most usefully for music apps) multi-tasking
