Friday’s sales debut of the iPhone 4S was another record-breaking launch for Apple, which announced yesterday that it sold four million of the handsets in the first three days. That’s “the most ever for a phone and more than double the iPhone 4 launch during its first three days” according to SVP of worldwide product marketing Philip Schiller. Apple also reported that more than 25 million people are using the new iOS 5 software five days after its release, while more than 20 million people have signed up for its new iCloud services. For now, those services don’t include the iTunes Match music elements, although all iCloud users can now re-download previously-purchased iTunes songs to their iOS devices.
