Not that much of a deal really. The subscription to the Times over an 18mo term is £312. I seem to remember Napster (legal version) giving away/subsidising subscription compatible MP3 players at one point.
Could we potentially see something with Microsoft’s Xbox music service once that takes off, given that they already offering the Xbox console at a discounted rate with a subscription to Xbox Live Gold.
