Responsible for devising best in class media content and social strategies for artists signed to RCA.
- Setting & achieving of campaign-specific objectives & KPIs to develop, grow, and engage their audiences.
- Coordination/creation and execution of regularly updated social media, partner, website & CRM plans
- Manage day-to-day communications with artists and artist management to source and approve content and plans.
- Preparation of reports to inform key stakeholders & strategy moving forward.
- The role will be primarily dealing with Urban UK artists, though there will be some flexibility in artist roster
The candidate will work closely with artists, artist management, label colleagues in Marketing, PR, A&R, etc., as well as external stakeholders and key partners – Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
