iTunes LP may be made for TV (or tablet…)
AppleInsider has some interesting info about Apple’s new iTunes LP digital album format. We’ll spare you the technical details, other than to say iTunes LP content is designed for a screen with 1280×720 resolution.
Which is exactly the HDTV output of Apple’s Apple TV device. Thus, the site predicts that Apple has TV display in mind with its new format. We wonder if it’s more about another (as-yet unreleased) Apple device: the long-rumoured iTablet.
