Because RIPA 2000 is at play here.
And because the EU has regulations that kind of enshrine a right to private communication!
And you don&#039;t need to do DPI to catch pirates sharing copyright works illegally
And remember that file sharing is not all illegal.
This is a fop by our UK Gov, who are already in trouble in the EU for Phorm and BT Webwise!!!  It stinks.</description>
