Black Eyed Peas top Spotify Top 100 chart for 2009

peasSpotify has revealed the 100 most-played songs on its service this year, with the Black Eyed Peas’ ‘I Gotta Feeling’ topping the chart, followed by Flo Rida’s ‘Right Round’ and Akon/David Guetta’s ‘Sexy Bitch’.

The chart is based on song streams in Spotify’s six launch countries, and doesn’t hold lots of surprises – there’s plenty of Jacko, Lady Gaga, Kings of Leon, Coldplay and so on. The full chart is, naturally, available as a playlist to stream within the Spotify app.

The list offers a useful comparison with similar charts released recently by Last.fm and we7.

I really love the BEP! They got some great songs! I especially love ‘I Gotta Feeling’ – It’s got a great beat and the lyrics are kinda cool! I also like Flo Rida’s ‘Right Round’ and Akon/David Guetta’s ‘Sexy Bitch’ but not as much as i like the BEP! I always download all their stuff from http://www.kazaa.com
