Internet display advertising in the US increased by 17.7% to $5.52bn in the first half of 2007 compared with the same period a year ago. Internet display advertising accounted for 7.6% of total expenditures, up from 6.4% a year ago. Total US advertising expenditures decreased by 0.3% to reach $72.59bn in the first half of 2007
