Revenues from TV advertising will reach $123b in 2008, a growth of almost 6%. Pay-TV advertising will account for $18b or 15% and that there will be a 17% growth of $25b by 2012. Advertising revenue is likely to grow by 5.8% in 2008 as opposed to 3.5% in 2007 helped by publicity surrounding the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.
