Digital distributor INgrooves has signed a deal to provide several hundred thousand ringtones from independent artists to mobile content firm Myxer, which will sell them to its 15 million users as mastertones, including the ability for users to cut their own sections from songs to use as a ringtone. The deal also includes supplying certain ringtones of INgrooves artists on an ad-supported basis.
