Nokia wants to poke Facebook. Apparently. Or, as the Wall Street Journal puts it (more soberly), the two companies are in negotiations about “a partnership that would embed parts of the social network into some Nokia phones”.The news follows rumours last year that Nokia was keen to invest in Facebook. That never happened, but clearly the two companies are exploring other ways of working together. There could be music implications – imagine if Facebook could integrate with Comes With Music, allowing people to post their latest playlists to their profiles…It’s part of a wider mobile push for Facebook though – it’s also keen to talk to the likes of Palm and Motorola, according to the article.
