Russian firm ru-Net II has acquired online music and film distribution platform Digital Access from its joint owners, who include Warner Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment. The company was founded in 2007 to distribute full-track downloads, ringtones and videos to mobile operators and online portals in Russia.
