Internet firm 3Sixty has acquired file-sharing startup DivShare for an undisclosed amount. DivShare is a service that lets people share photos, videos, music and other files with their friends and families. Not copyrighted music, obviously – perish the thought! Anyway, 3Sixty is chuffed with its new acquisition: “We are ready to take the site… to the next level by enhancing features and expanding our services,” says CEO Donna Hemmert.
