What’s that? You don’t have a “brand voice“? For shame! Apparently it’s quite important if you’re launching a corporate presence on Twitter, at least according to Agency.com’s Kai Turner. In an article giving advice on how to get it right, he says (we summarise): be human; don’t imitate your desired audience; own up to your flaws; don’t just use Twitter as an RSS feed; decide what you want to talk about; don’t just promote your products; figure out who’s in charge of your Twitter feed; and dive in and use the service first to get an idea of what it’s about.
