If you’re accessing YouTube from a Windows Mobile or Nokia smartphone, you can now do it through a downloadable application rather than the video-sharing sites’ mobile internet site. YouTube says the advantages of using the app are a faster startup, better search capabilities and faster video loading. Meanwhile, YouTube has been working on its buffering technology to improve the quality of videos. There’s no option to comment or rate on videos, though.
