MTV is reporting that Public Enemy are in negotiations to produce an animated feature film based on the band – or specifically on the soon-to-be-released Public Enemy graphic novels. They’re due out in May, co-written by Chuck D himself, and a source tells MTV that “There is a lot of interest from Hollywood… It would definitely be animated. There is lots of talking going on.”
