You might remember we wrote about US musician Josh Freese (who’s drummed for Nine Inch Nails, Guns’n’Roses, Devo and a host of others) offering some comedy premium packages for his new album – for example a $20,000 edition including a round of mini-golf, a guided tour of Long Beach and a drum lesson OR foot massage (buyer chooses).Well, Freese is the one laughing now – he’s sold that $20,000 edition, has sold out of $250 packages that include a lunch with him, and has nearly sold out of $5,000 packages that involve a drinking session, a private tour of Disneyland and Freese writing a song and video about the buyer.”Just trying to coordinate the lunches is a lot of work,” he tells Wired. “This is going to be my job for a while.”
