With all this talk about artists taking responsibility for their social media profiles, what about their fans? A new startup aims to provide fans with a way to create their own celebrity fan pages and keep them updated with images, video clips and news, while also letting the actual celebs add their own content and comments. The site is kicking off with a focus on “teen idols” and baseball players, but plans to expand to musicians, film stars and politicians (good luck with that last one). The site is run by the same company that set up adult social network Zivity.
