We were impressed with Australian online music chart We Are Hunted when it launched last week, and it seems plenty of other people were too – the site attracted nearly 100,000 users in its first week. The site, which is a collaboration between digital agency Native and news aggregator Wotnews, charts the 99 most popular songs every day, aggregating data from blogs, social networks, forums, torrents and P2P networks. “The front page features emerging artists but the seven and 30-day charts are much more reflective of more mainstream charts,” says Native’s Nick Crocker.
