Starting this September, indie band Ash will release a song every two weeks, working their way through every letter of the alphabet in turn. The scheme is called the A-Z Series, and the songs will be released as downloads and limited-edition vinyl through the band’s own label. They’re describing it as a “subscription package”, but it’s unclear if this means fans will pay an actual subscription fee to get every song as it’s released, or if they’ll be a la carte. Or, indeed, both.
