The problem with suing a bunch of anonymous bloggers is, well, they’re anonymous. So unless you find out who they are in the real world, chances are they won’t turn up to court. Such was the case with a lawsuit late last week filed by Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler, against a group of bloggers who allegedly impersonated him and girlfriend Erin Brady online. Since they weren’t identified, the judge dismissed the case without prejudice, meaning Tyler can bring it back to court if he finds their identities.
