We’re big fans of the We Are Hunted daily music buzz chart, and co-founder Nick Crocker wrote a comment piece in last week’s Music Ally Report. Now the company has launched a Twitter music chart, tracking tweets about music on the micro-blogging site, and analysing them to produce a chart of the most popular.Here’s today’s top 10:1. Here’s one showing the response when Kanye West ranted about Twitter (click for larger version).The announcement for the Twitter chart has some more info on the new service. “The WAH team is developing a service that will provide record labels and band management insight into what people are listening to today. Clients can login anytime and track the real time buzz about their artists. This intelligence is derived from a variety of sources including the mainstream music news, music and fan blogs, twitter, p2p networks, MySpace and more. The service is set for launch in early July 2009.”
