Attorneys for alleged file-sharer Jammie Thomas have filed a motion to suppress evidence from investigation firm MediaSentry in her upcoming retrial. Why? Because they claim the company violated federal and local wiretapping statutes collecting it, as well as operating illegally as a private investigator in Minnesota. The retrial is due to kick off on 15 June.
