
It’s been one of the worst-kept secrets of this week’s E3 show, but Sony has finally unveiled PSP Go, a new version of its PSP handheld games console. The big news is that it’ll be entirely digital – there’s no UMD disc slot – with all games downloaded to the device. Video will also be a part of it, via deals with Showtime, Starz and E! Entertainment. However, as we reported yesterday, it seems Sony has ditched the idea of selling music downloads to PSP and PS3 owners via its PlayStation Network store.
