Jive band The Dares have entered The Guinness Book of Records for the first concert to take place simultaneously in two places at once. They played a set during the E3 games conference earlier this month, while virtual versions of the band played it simultaneously within virtual world Free Realms. The latter gig was projected onto screens behind them on-stage at E3, just for an extra twist. We’re surprised this is the first example of such a simul-gig though – hasn’t it been done lots with Second Life?
