Mobile games publisher Glu Mobile has signed the licence for Guitar Hero on mobile platforms, although they do not include the iPhone. Previously, the licence was owned by US publisher Hands-On Mobile, which sold millions of downloads of Guitar Hero games in the last year. The mobile version of Guitar Hero 5 will be released for Java, Brew, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile handsets.
