Microsoft has announced that its Windows Marketplace for Mobile app store for Windows Mobile handsets will open for submissions from 27 July in 29 countries. The app store itself isn’t launching until the Autumn, but developers will be able to submit their apps from this month. The store will be available to users of Windows Mobile 6.0, 6.1 and 6.5 handsets, which Microsoft says means a potential audience of 30 million people.
