The number of Americans watching online video has risen from 33% to 62% since 2006. 19% claim to watch online video every day, up from 8% in 2006. Among those ages 18-29, 89% say they watch online video, with 36% reporting they watch Web video every day. 35% of respondents watch TV shows online, up from 16% in 2007, and that 8% have connected their computers to a television to view Web videos. Mobile video viewing is also on the rise, with 14% reporting they have watched a video on their phone, up from 10% in 2007.
