US iPhone developer Tapulous is putting the finishing touches to its Tap Tap Revenge 3 game, which will be the first to allow players to buy songs from within the game. It’s the first example of downloadable music content in an iPhone game, using the new in-app purchases feature in Apple’s 3.0 software. There’s no news on which labels are participating, but the game is due out in September.
