CNET is reporting on additional lawsuits against the ad-funded music firm, from Millennium Information Technologies and Las Vegas Wall Street Group, following the recent news of a similar suit from Oracle. Millennium filed its suit in April, but last week filed for a default judgement. CEO Allan Klepfisz tells CNET it’s secured funding to put these troubles behind it, but more worryingly, the article suggests Qtrax is also “behind in payments to at least one of the four major recording companies”.
