Numerous sites have launched in the last year looking to build community around live music. SuperGlued is the newest, letting users share photos, anecdotes and videos around concerts that they have attended. It pulls in stuff from too, while letting users publish their memories to Facebook. It also lists future gigs, letting people hook up in advance. The obligatory iPhone app is in development, while the site plans to make money through ads, affiliate sales of music and tickets, and a soon-to-launch marketplace to buy and sell merchandise from old gigs. It looks slick, but as ever with this kind of thing, we wonder if it might work better as an application within Facebook rather than requiring people to sign up to a new site.
