Following Qtrax CEO Allan Klepfisz”s recent blog post attacking CNET journalist Greg Sandoval and his “disgruntled gentleman” source, Wayne Rosso has stepped up to out himself as the target, denying that he’s libelled Klepfisz, and outlining more evidence of bouncing cheques and lawsuits against Qtrax. “As far as libel goes, I don’t think that I ever said anything that wasn’t in the public record. Anybody can find these lawsuits, judgements and bounced cheques,” he writes.
