Described as a “reverse karaoke” iPhone app, LaDiDa auto-generates a musical soundtrack based on a user”s singing. It”s the work of startup Khush, which plans to focus on music-related apps for mobile devices. Future versions will apparently include more social sharing features, as well as better music accompaniments. This kind of technology caused a buzz last year when Microsoft made its Songsmith tech available for free.
