Indie licensing agency Merlin has announced that its inaugural board is now stepping down, following elections for a new board. Companies represented include Domino Records, Tommy Boy, Beggars Group and PIAS, and the new board will remain in place for two years. The company says it has several new digital licensing deals “in the pipeline and soon to be announced”.
