It’s not just artists diving onto the App Store. UK music festival Bestival has launched its official iPhone app, which rather than simply plug this year’s event, takes a more playful approach. There’s sound snippets to mess about with, a dice game to help users decide what to do at the festival, a site map and the Twitter feed of festival boss Rob da Bank. Strangely, though, they’re charging £0.59 for it rather than giving it away for free.
