It still hasn’t stumped up the cash for its proposed Pirate Bay acquisition, but Global Gaming Factory X is turning its attention to its board of directors – and specifically to finding new members following recent departures. Three are being put up for election, including Harry Maloney – a 30-year ex BMG Records and Apex Entertainment veteran who’s currently a director and council member of the BPI. Which is intriguing. Also up for election is Goran Andersson from Catch Media (a winner at this year’s MidemNet / Music Ally contest) and former Virgin Music exec Janne Lundqvist.
