We were quite tickled by Microsoft’s Songsmith PC software last year, which let you sing into a mic and have cheesy lounge music auto-composed to back your vocals. Now, yes, there’s an app for that – an iPhone app called LaDiDa. Billing itself as “reverse karaoke”, it matches your singing to new music compositions in three styles: E Piano Pop, Rhythm Synth Pop and Dub Tone. Sharing options include Facebook and Twitter, as well as the ability to listen to other LaDiDa users” songs.
