Reviews of RealNetworks’ Rhapsody iPhone app have tended to compare it negatively with Spotify’s app – citing the latter’s ability to play songs even when in offline mode. However, it seems Rhapsody will have this feature too at some point – one of the app’s designers has told users that “our priorities are currently stability, audio quality and offline playback”. This will presumably come in an update to the app, although no timescale has been given.
